How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery or collection method selected at checkout.
If your order is in stock, it will usually be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt of your Order Confirmation.
If your order includes a Pre-Order product, it will usually arrive within 4-6 weeks from the date the order was placed, unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed with the Standard Shipping option can be tracked through your Australia Post tracking number.
Orders placed with GAME Automotive flat-rate delivery will generally take between 1-2 weeks. You will be contacted by a team member to confirm your delivery address and arrange a suitable time.

What is a Pre-Order product?
Products that have a “Pre-Order” instead of “Buy Now” button means that the product is currently Out of Stock.
The Pre-Order product must be ordered and paid in full by the customer to secure the order.
Unless otherwise stated, Pre-Order products will usually arrive between 4-6 weeks from the date the order was placed. GAME Automotive will contact the customer within 1-2 business days from receipt of the order to confirm an ETA.

Can I get my order delivered?
We currently offer the following delivery and collection options:
- Free Click & Collect during business hours from our store at 432 Stuart Hwy, Winnellie
- Standard shipping via Australia Post for eligible items (under 22kg)
- GAME Automotive flat-rate delivery on Bulky Items to eligible Northern Territory regions

Can I return my purchase?
Our refund and returns policy lasts fourteen (14) days. If more than fourteen (14) days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include any instructions or manuals that accompany the product.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Electrical components, parts, or accessories of an electrical nature such as switches, modules or ignition components
- Specially ordered products such as Pre-Order products or custom products such as those that have been colour-coded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can request a return from the sales team by contacting us at [email protected]
Please include a copy of your proof of purchase and reason for return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

GAME Automotive can professionally fit your parts for you. You can request a quote to fit your parts on the product page before you add the product to your cart, or you can email us to request a quote at [email protected]
