GAME Automotive Pty Ltd – Delivery & Collection Policy

We currently offer the following delivery and collection options:

  • Free Click & Collect during business hours from our store at 432 Stuart Hwy, Winnellie
  • Standard shipping via Australia Post for eligible items (under 22kg)
  • GAME Automotive flat-rate delivery on Bulky Items to eligible Northern Territory regions

You can find out your delivery options by entering your delivery address at checkout.

We will send you an Order Confirmation Notice once your order is placed and paid for.

If your item is in stock, your order will generally be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt of your Order Confirmation.

If you selected Click & Collect, please wait to receive an email or SMS message advising your order is ready for collection.

Click & Collect FAQs

Can I collect my order the same day I place it?
Due to logistics associated with transferring stock between our warehouse and store, processing time for Click & Collect orders varies. For this reason, customers are kindly required to wait until they receive an email or SMS message from us to advise their order is ready prior to attending the store for collection.

Can I nominate someone to collect my order?
You can nominate someone to collect your order on your behalf by forwarding your Order Confirmation email to them. Presentation of the Order Confirmation and their valid photo ID is considered as express approval of the arrangement from the named recipient on the order, at which point we will simply take note of who collected the order on your behalf. 

When can I pick up my Click & Collect order?
Provided there are no stock issues or pre-order products contained in your order, we prepare all Click & Collect orders within 2-3 business days from receipt of your order.

How long do I have to collect my order?
Orders placed via our Click & Collect service are required to be collected from your nominated store within 7 days of receiving an email or SMS message advising your order is ready for collection.

Orders that remain uncollected after this period will be cancelled and refunded (as per our Returns & Refund Policy, and less any applicable deposits for preordered and custom products).

We will endeavour to take all reasonable measures to ensure you are made aware that your order is ready to collect. Should you encounter any issues regarding the collection of your order, please contact the store as soon as possible so we can assist.

What do I need to pick up my order?
To ensure our strict privacy standards are maintained, we require you to present the following, on collection:

  • a valid form of photo ID in physical format, and
  • your Order Number/Order Confirmation email

If your order includes any heavy or bulky items, we suggest you bring a friend and suitable vehicle to help with collection.

What is Standard Shipping?
Standard Shipping is available on all non-bulky items. These items are shipped via Australia Post to your nominated delivery address. Shipping is calculated based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

What delivery options are available for bulky items?
Any items that cannot be sent via Australia Post are considered “Bulky Items”. We offer GAME Automotive flat-rate delivery for these products to customers in selected areas of the Northern Territory. You can check if your order is eligible by entering your delivery address at checkout. Unfortunately, we do not offer flat-rate delivery on bulky items interstate or to some remote NT regions.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery or collection method selected at checkout.

If your order is in stock, it will usually be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt of your Order Confirmation.

If your order includes a Pre-Order product, it will usually arrive within 4-6 weeks from the date the order was placed, unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed with the Standard Shipping option can be tracked through your Australia Post tracking number.

Orders placed with GAME Automotive flat-rate delivery will generally take between 1-2 weeks. You will be contacted by a team member to confirm your delivery address and arrange a suitable time.
